Lithium Batteries (LiFePo4)

We use Neata and Toyo Lithium batteries due to their long standing track record of quality and reliability. Good quality Lithium batteries will out perform and out last most of the sealed lead acid batteries on the market, boasting a 10+ year life span, and the highest energy density as well (small size-big power available). They come with a 5 year warranty. Lithium batteries are best rated in Kilo Watt Hours (KWh). So for a 5KWh battery, it means they can supply 1kw of power for 5 hours, or 0.5kw (500w) for 10 hours for example. To maximise the life of the battery, it is recommended to only use 80% of the rated Kwh capacity.
