You’ll be able to run most appliances that can plug into a standard 10A outlet, but you’ll be limited to only 1 big appliance running at a time. (with some smaller things running in the background).
It can sustain a small “efficient” fridge, but you may want to consider some extra panels if you intend to run it during winter months.
